
Garlic Pesto
1. Toast 2x as many almonds by weight as green garlic in a hot frypan
2. Trim off ends of green garlic or scapes and clean thoroughly. Chop roughly.

3. Place cleaned green garlic or scapes, a handful of basil and a generous amount of salt and 1/2 cup of olive oil in a food processor and puree
4. Keep adding olive oil until mixture flows easily.
