Varying kinds of fresh, dried and frozen products are available each week. Choose your selection of available fresh produce, frozen pureed fruits/vegetables, frozen organic and ethically raised meats or dehydrated products. All products and ingredients are sourced from local farms.
Many of our fresh items are delivered within 24hrs of picking from the field during the growing season! Free home delivery for orders over $100.
Once we’ve collected your order, we’ll deliver your food to your door, or will be available for pick up at local markets.

Frozen purees can be stored for up to 6 months from production date, and recommended to be used within a week once defrosted for fruits and vegetables or 1-2 days for meat.
We currently deliver in Toronto, Mississauga, and Oakville. If you’re unsure of whether you fall in our delivery zone, please contact us!
We are also collaborating with shows and markets where pre-ordered fresh food can be picked up or you can stock up on frozen pouches.
