The T-Bone is one of the star steaks in the steak world. It contains both the tenderloin, and striploin, separated by a bone (called the T-Bone).
The T-Bone extends from the 13th rib to where the spine meets the hip. At the 13th rib, the tenderloin is the smallest and the steak will be very similar to a prime rib steak – this is referred to as the “Wing Steak”. On the other side, where the spine meets the hip, the tenderloin is the largest – this side of the T-Bone is referred to as the “Porterhouse Steak”. Exclusively grass fed, ethically raised.
